One agreement puts a California-licensed psychiatrist or psychiatric NP in your clinics by telehealth. Many of our clinicians have held the same role for the better part of a decade, and one for more than ten years.
Our first county partnership is still with us, renewed through 2028.
Psychiatrist or psychiatric NP? Practice with us.
In psychiatry the clinician relationship is part of the treatment, and a patient who has given their history once shouldn’t have to give it again. That’s why we build these roles to be held for years.
Life still happens: vacations, leaves, sometimes a departure. When it does, another psychiatrist from inside Aloha, usually one of the founders, takes the same panel on the same schedule until your clinician is back or we’ve recruited a permanent replacement. We do that recruiting ourselves.

Our clinicians hold panels at county behavioral health departments, community health centers, and health networks, including clinics in federally designated shortage areas. We can build the same arrangement for correctional and residential programs.
More about the group
Evaluations and medication management, with one clinician who holds the panel and stays in the role.
Evaluation and medication management for children and adolescents, under the same agreement as the adult panel.
Patients with long treatment histories, co-occurring substance use, or medical complexity need a clinician who knows the history. Each handoff means the next clinician has to rebuild it.
Psychiatry alongside your primary care teams means shared treatment plans, and your clinicians can consult ours without writing a referral.
Send us a few sentences: which clinics, which population, what schedule. We’ll tell you whether we can take it on and how soon we could start.
